Proof of Survival

It’s Okay to Get Excited!

I often hear spiritually aware people say that in order to contact the spirit world it is important to first quiet the noise both around us and within us: we must become calm and centered to be able to ‘tune in’ to that very subtle frequency of energy where the spirit world exists. I must admit, with Meta Speech I have never found this to be true. In fact, the more animated a sitter the better the results – the last thing I want is for someone to turn up in a meditative state!

It’s okay to be excited and to have passion. Let’s face it, you’re going to actually hear the spirit world communicate, very possibly for the first time, and if you can’t get excited and vocal about that you’re probably in the wrong place.

But who will I hear from? That’s a question that pops up with understandable regularity. And my answer is always the same – ‘I have no idea’. I can tell you that from my own personal experience I have heard from my mother, father, brother-in-law, a spirit guide and other assorted entities. However, I don’t hear from them every time I record a conversation; nowhere near. So there is no guarantee who will come through. It may even be your own soul (or subconscious for those people who believe only in the material world ... despite all the evidence to the contrary).

Having said that, those we are grieving for do regularly come through, and the following audio clip is of a truck driver who was killed in a road traffic accident. He informed the sitter: “I turned over in the lorry’” A simple message, with the obvious conclusion that although he had had a fatal accident, he was still able to communicate. He survived
